Thank you for your interest in buying a Standard Poodle puppy from us. To get better acquainted and to help in future conversations, we would like to learn more about you and your interest in a new puppy. Completing an application is not a commitment to buy.  It just gives us some information about you so we can better know how to assist you.  It’s just a place to start to let us know you are interested, and to help us keep track of people who have contacted us about buying a poodle.  So please take a few moments to complete the following application.
